Job Title: KYC (Know your Customer) Manager
Organisation: Airtel Nigeria
Descriptions:
• To plan and achieve KYC (Know Your Customer) objectives as laid down by the business and the regulator.
• Implement the state-of-art Technology, lay down processes mapping to business policies, support and manage the Operations.
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
- Bachelors in Engineering or Computer science
- Project Management qualification will be an advantage
- Understanding of GSM network, SMSC, Billing Systems, SoA, Dataware house/MIS systems, Architecting & Solutioning.
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years):
- 5+ years of Managing Telecom Business Solutions in Telecom/IT environment
- 2+ years of Project management experience
Other requirements (Behavioural etc.):
- Ability to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels will play an important role
- Ability to manage large scale with a very wide geographical scope across Africa (~35 countries by 2015)
- Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to deliver business solutions
