Education/Experience/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years experience. Industry background preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:   
•   Problem-solving skills. Familiar with order entry software and processes.
•   Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:   
•   Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders.
•   Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order delivery process.
•   Coordinates transfer of slow moving inventory within distribution system.
•   May deal with multiple product line(s) and handle multiple or single entity support.
•   Handles special projects, as assigned
