• Under the direction of the AD HR, the position holder will provide administrative and technical or program support to Human Resources (HR) Team in functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, and training.
• S/he will work with the AD HR to ensure day-to-day operations of HR-related functions are addressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
Education/Experience:
High School/GED and 9 - 11 years relevant experience; or AA and 7 - 9 years relevant experience; or BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting or related field;, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience; or MS/MA/MBA, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
