The Senior Travel Officer will provide oversight and perform procedures related to fleet management and domestic and international travel for FHI Nigeria including following-up on visas, work permits, packing, freighting/shipping and other related issues for FHI national staff, expatriates and consultants within and outside Nigeria.
Education/Experience:
• High School/GED and 9 - 11 years relevant experience; or AA and 7 - 9 years relevant experience; BS/BA in Business Administration or related field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience with a travel agency or in a corporate travel division. Two years experience with a computerized airline reservation systems (Amadeus and Saber preferred) and international travel reservations required; or MS/MA/MBA, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience with a travel agency or in a corporate travel division.
