Globally, most tertiary institutions are blending their teaching with mobile technology and learning. With growing rate of mobile usage with Internet, Nigerian tertiary institutions should have a forward thinking by offering paperless lectures.
Paperless in this context means that lectures are delivered online or through other media like CD, iPods, iPhone, flip Phone and PC without necessarily in physical contact with the students.
I am curious to know; is there any university, polytechnic or college in Nigeria that offers e-learning to its students?
Please share your view. Post the name of the institution, what kind of e-learning facility, and how long has it started. Thanks.
To my best of knowledge, l have not heard or read about any Tertiary institution in Nigeria with e-learning facility.
