•   High School Diploma/GED
•   At least 2 years experience in Customer service
•   At least 2 years experience in Training and development
•   At least 2 years experience in Promote your team in order to help develop their skills through coaching, call monitoring and related projects
•   At least 2 years experience in initiating to make decisions and work under minimum supervision whilst driving your team of representatives
•   English: Fluent

Preferred:
•   Bachelor's Degree
•   At least 3 years experience in Customer service
