Job description
The successful candidate will carry out but not limited to the following:
- Process and Report on RFSs
- Budget Preparation in Conjunction with Technical Responsible.
- Prepare of Periodic Budget Updates (Prevision de Cloture -PDC).
- Handle budget imputation, monitoring and reporting to ensure compliance with budget delegation as approved by management.
- Production of monthly Accruals/expenditure reports.
- Production of monthly Cost Control Reports on activities and provide explanation on budget Vs performance variance.
- Maintain schedule of commitments and expenditure to facilitate calls for funds (Cash Flow Projections).
- Attend bid committee meetings and ensure that company's rules, procedures and regulations are adhered to.
- Process Invoices for payment.
- Budget and Actual Expenditure (Performance) defence with NAPIMS Sub Committee.
Required skills :
Education: The successful candidate should have a B.SC/HND in Finance/Accounting background
Experience: The successful candidate should have between 3 to 5 years Finance/Accounting background
Skills: The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Knowledge of accounting software, currently SAP.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills
- French Language will be an added advantage.
