Title: Reps pass Transfer of Convicted Offenders Bill

The House of Representatives yesterday passed the Transfer of Convicted Offenders Bill. The bill, passed after the third reading, would enable the transfer of those convicted outside Nigeria to serve their jail terms in the country.
