The Elders' Forum of the Action Congress (AC) in Ekiti State has faulted the majority judgment of the Election Petitions Tribunal which affirmed the election of Governor Segun Oni. The AC elders, who addressed reporters yesterday in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, wondered why the majority verdict delivered by the panel chair, Justice Hamma Barka, overturned the binding decisions of not only the Court of Appeal but also those of the Supreme Court.
