Job Title: Quality Assurance & Metrics Executive

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out CWG Internal Customer Satisfaction and report findings.
• Ensure the monitoring of CWG External Customer Satisfaction and Perception of CWG product and service provision.
• Evaluate CWG Contractors/Suppliers Performance through feedbacks from end users and report findings.
• Ensure the planning and execution of quality system audit, identify problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze Sales and Project Reports
Key Performance Indicators:
• Coordinate and Supervise the External Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Conduct yearly Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey to determine Frontline Satisfaction Level with the Support/Operations Units
• Ensure the evaluation of Contractors/Suppliers.
• Analyze and Broadcast Sales and Project Reports.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• B.SC in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
• MBA will be an added advantage. 3 Years Post NYSC preferably in an ICT environment.
• Management skills required: Planning, Analytical, Negotiation, Interpersonal and People Management Skills
