Outgoing Oyo State Accountant-General Mrs Florence Okeniyi got an unusual parting gift yesterday.
She was detained along with four other top government officials on the eve of her retirement.
They are being held by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)over an alleged N8.2billion fraud. Mrs Okeniyi is due to retire today.
