• This group is responsible for the prudent management of revenue inflow and outflow on a daily basis for the effective and efficient running of the organization.
• It will thrive on its administrative capabilities to support the internal efficiency of the organization.
• It also manages the financial and non-financial assets in an effective and efficient way to improve on the overall growth of the company.
• The Finance group advises the company on all fiscal and budgetary matters.
• It is responsible for accounting for all financial transactions, disbursement of funds, facilitating budgeting development and implementation, monitoring of all revenues and expenditures, periodic and annual reporting and projecting of the company finances, facilitates the annual audit, the investment of funds, and control of the company assets.
