Job Description:
•Manage entire recruitment cycle for permanent staff
•Manage candidate short listing process.
•Manage the on-boarding process for new hires/ newly promoted employees
•Track recruitment cycle and collate Turn Around Time (TAT) data for all vacancies advertised
•Work with Business Partners to generate interview schedules
•Provide candidate placement updates/reports to Attraction and Recruitment Manager
Job Conditions:
• Standard MTNN working conditions
• Overtime maybe required
Required Skills:
•Good degree in Social Sciences or any related discipline
•Minimum of 4 years experience, 2 of which should be HR or/Recruitment experience.
