Job descriptions:
Within the framework of an integrated project team, the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
• Utilize a comprehensive set of suitable Indicators, Reports and Statistics to report and monitor the P&C Progress Plan and provide regular analyse of trends to support Management recommendations and decisions
• Carry out actions to monitor compliance with Procedures, Processes and Controls including TOTAL DAG, PARTNER and SOX, controls and requirements including quarterly checks on Centralized buyers in TEPNG for ABS04 C SOX and or any other Control or Audit determined by the hierarchy
• Provide scheduling assistance for external auditors and follow up the remedial actions related to auditors' recommendations, IMPACTS2 Progress Plan etc
• Participate in driving the progress in P&C for the actions corresponding to Performance Management in the Progress Plan for P&C.
• Coordinate and organise HSE meetings and related activities within P&C
• Participate in the regular review of existing Procedures and other CMS documentation
• Carry out any other duties/projects that may be assigned to him by the Hierarchy
Required skills:
Education: The successful candidate should have a degree in any Management or Social Sciences.
Experience: The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in international trade / shipping in similar activities
Skills:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Must also be very analytical with ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
- Good interpersonal relationship, conviviality, capacity of anticipation, analysis and synthesis
- Good communication skills
- Close contact with his Internal Customers (User Department) and various contractors in his line of business.
- Good knowledge of all general software (Excel, Words etc...)
