Osun State governor, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, has reiterated the commitment of his administration, to bring meaningful development to all nooks and crannies of the state.
The governor of the state, who was represented by his deputy, Otunba Titilayo Laoye-Tomori, stated this at the commemorative service to mark the 88th and 80th birthday anniversary celebration of parents of Osun State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Pa and Mama Samuel Abolade Afolabi, at P.J. Ladipo Memorial Baptist Church, Ikirun, last Saturday.
Otunba Laoye-Tomori promised that developmental projects will spring-up in different parts of the state soonest.
She described the current administration in Osun State as being God-ordained to bring succour to all and sundry in the state of the virtuous.
The deputy governor therefore used the occasion to congratulate the celebrants, for the opportunity which Almighty God had bestowed on them to come this far and blessed with good children.
The State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Honourable Wale Afolabi in a chat with the medium, stated that his parents were God-fearing and practicing Christians.
He said the virtues of contentment and godliness was bequeathed to all the children of the celebrants, right from their childhood and this had been the enduring legacy they had adhered-to till date.
Dignitaries on the occasion were the wife of the state governor, Alhaja Sherifat Aregbesola, the state Head of Service, Elder Segun Akinwusi, commissioners and monarchs across the state.
