Position: Head of Retail Operations
Skills:
• Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours (including weekends).
• Supervise all retail sales outlets operations and monitor overall sales performance within each outlet and companywide.
• Help sales team meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc in Marketing or relevant field.
• MSc/MBA would be an added advantage.
• Not more than 35-40 years old.
• At least 6 years working experience in similar capacity.
