Position: Human Resource Manager
Skills:
• To ensure the effective management and motivation of the workforce.
• Develops the capabilities of the workforce to ensure optimal contribution to the achievement of the company vision.
• Increase employee productivity vis-à-vis organizational goals and targets.
• Leads the conceptualization, design, development and delivery of HR systems, structures, processes and policies.
Qualification & Experience:
• B.Sc First degree in Social Sciences, Business Management/Administration, Humanities or any related field.
• 6 years minimum experience in HR Planning and organization.
• MSc/MBA would be an added advantage.
