Aondoakaa last night described the order that he should not hold public office as a nullity, accusing the court of breaching his right to fair hearing.
Aondoakaa said the court should have separated his person from the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) which might be a nominal defendant in the said matter.
