The Federal High Court sitting in Calabar, Cross River State, has restrained former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Mr. Michael Aondoakaa (SAN), from holding any public office at the weekend.
The court was ruling in a suit filed against the former AGF by Mr Emmanuel Obot, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Uyo Federal Constituency, Akwa Ibom State, during the 2007 elections.
