Job Title: Head, Treasury and Investment Banking

Responsibilities:
• The core responsibility shall be managing the bank's cash flow and ensure sufficient liquid asset is available to finance all explorable business opportunities.
• Good understanding of treasury operation, capital and money market operations are essentials for this position.
Requirements:
• An investment Banker with a bachelor or masters degree in Financial Management or related field with minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in the Banking Industry.
• At least 5 years must be held in similar position from reputable financial institutions; Investment banks/ Discount Houses/ Securities companies.
• Must have sound, among others, knowledge of; Capital market operations, SEC rules and operations, Money Market Operations, Packaging of securities for possible trading in the Capital market.
