THE hardship being faced by the people over the inadequate supply of kerosene to the Ibadan zone of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for 12 years running has been laid at the doorsteps of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

l believe Obasanjo's administration was one of the past times in Nigeria!
