Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirement:
• The right candidate for this job should preferably be a male.
• Aged above 45 years.
• Must possess a good degree in Building, Civil Engineering or Estate Management and membership of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and valuers.
• A relevant Masters degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 15 years cognate experience out of which not less than 10 years must have been spent at top management function in reputable organization is required for this position.
• The ideal candidates must be familiar with extant statutory regulatory practices and procedures relating to real estate/ property management Nigeria.
• He must exude self confidence with general management capabilities and readiness to work with minimum supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy especially Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD are advantageous attributes.
• The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will also assist in the formulation and implementation of company's policies on acquisition, development, lease maintenance and disposal of properties.
• Will be responsible for making recommendations on fixing and collection of rents preparation and execution of agreements.
• Prepare and implementation operational budgets.
• Supervise a team of Professional in the Real Estate Division.
