Job Title: Maintenance Supervisors

Reporting Line:
• Shall report to the Maintenance Manager
The Job:
• Building his team of mechanics and equipment repairers.
• Having a thorough understanding of Highway construction equipments (Caterpillar Graders, Rollers, and Bull Dozers etc).
• Developing a periodic and preventive maintenance plans for all machines.
• Quick and effective repairs of all broken down equipment.
• Managing his team of mechanics.
• Implement value chain procurement models for parts replacement.
The Persons:
• Must have at least 15 years working experience in the repairs of late-model Cat machines.
Notes:
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Detribalized and able to work in a multi-cultural team.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate very well in oral and written English.
• Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
