Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops a biz plan sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of goal profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Officers
• Prepare plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conduct review with Sales Officers to build more effective communications
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings
• Recommend to the HR dept the staffing requirements in the area of operation
Basic Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant course
- Minimum of Seven (7) years relevant experience with at least Three (3) at a senior management level
