The starvation of workers in the hands of employers of labour especially in the private sector has become a very nagging issue begging for attention and solution. The workers are not only malnourished but continue to wait endlessly for their monthly salaries. The once vibrant New Nigerian Newspapers Limited one of the legacies of the late premier of Northern Nigeria and Sarduana of Sokoto, late Sir Ahmadu Bello falls into this category.
