Position: Unit Lead, Operations Management
Job Objective:
The overall purpose of the job is to coordinate the activities of the operational units (namely Cash Management,Bank/ATM Reconcilliation and Customer Services/Call centre), introducing cost minimization methods and service optimization techniques across all related units.
Qualifications:
• A good first degree from a reputable university.
• An MBA/Postgraduate degree in management will offer an added advantage.
Experience:
• At least 6 years working experience of which at least 3 years should have been in a management role in a similar company in a business development unit.
• Must not be older than 35 years.
