Their complaints have resulted in an internal memo sent to Sprint representatives stating that the carrier is working together with Apple on a confirmed nationwide issue, according to a report. The problem is probably due to excessive downloading by iPhone 4S owners, speculated Allen Nogee, a research director at In-Stat.
