Job Title: VAS Products and Solutions Manager - WA

Responsibilities:
• Translation of business requirements into infrastructure service developments and improvements.
• Solutions designer, application hosting and content delivery
• Programme and project Management and creating Executive presentations.
• Management of third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations
• Contributing to the innovation of VAS services and products in the WA region.
• Creating and maintaining financial and budget plans
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of solution, project and or change management of successfully delivery in support of sales and marketing.
• Business process design experience and implementation.
• Ability to work in a multi-dimensional team with strong communication(verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
• Flexible approach to work in any environment
• Industrial working experience in preferred.
• Experience within the Telecommunications market and service delivery industry.
• Must be result oriented and ambitious and able to communicate across all levels of management
• Experience in telecom Engineering company, telecoms vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical, computer Science or telecommunications Engineering or relevant degree as applicable
• Good customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.
• Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, (word, excel and Power point).
• Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
• Must be ready for international projects to the other African countries
• Successful applicants should be goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, and be a very good team player.
