Job Description:
i. Managing the MIS function for business segments and products to support business growth.
ii. Play an active role in the automation of reports and deliverables.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver product, segment and branch MIS
• Periodic tracking of retail products such as Cards, Employee banking, Bancassurance etc
• Daily Asset and liabilities portfolio tracking.
• Products profitability MIS.
• Customer profiling for franchise maximisation
• Credit Cards MIS and status reporting
• Deliver on customer segment upgrades/downgrades MIS.
• New product MIS support
• Tail account management MIS
• Segment-wise cost review
• Market intelligence reports.
• Adhoc reports as required by the business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 yrs experience in MIS/Business Analytics.
- Qualifications in Accountancy /Computer Science is preferable (though not mandatory) with extensive proven track record and experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to use query languages.
- Programming skills will be an added advantage
