The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) has begun investigation into alleged mismanagement of N30billion by the Ogun State Government in 2009. As part of the probe, the commission has so far arrested the Chairman of Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Mr. Akeem Adesina and the Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) in the state, Chief Adepegba Otemolu (who was also a former Chairman of Ikenne Local Government Area).
