The candidates offered provisional admission into 100 and 200 levels are to pay N2000 Screening fee into Adamawa State University accounts in the following banks.

3. Zenith Bank PLC A/C No. 1011258002
4. Unity Bank PLC A/C No. 2761022706130
Candidates are to report for screening and registration immediately at the Multipurpose Hall with the following:
1. Original certificates of educational qualification
2. Evidence of payment of screening fee
3. Original copy of local Government indigene certificate
4. 4 copies of passport size photographs
5. Original JAMB result slip
6. Original birth certificate/statutory declaration of age.
