(1) FOCAL POINT GROUP VACANCIES
(a) CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
Based in Abuja, the Confidential Secretary will perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative support for the GMD.
Qualification:
i) A good university degree or HND in Administration, Social Sciences, Secretarial studies or its equivalent
ii) Minimum of 5years working experience, high sense of confidentiality and good shorthand skills
iii) Solid computer skills, abilities to present numerical data effectively, read and interpret written information, good phone skills and strong attention to detail with excellent follow up
iv) Demonstrate superior organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to mange multiple priorities and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals
(b) FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER
Based in Abuja, the Finance and Admin Manager will coordinate the group's subsidiaries in executing daily, weekly and monthly accounting activities to ensure proper workflow and recording of all financial transactions for the group, including but not limited to G/L postings accruals, reclassifications, etc. The accountant must also be responsible for all payments and establish profit & loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow, capital expenditures, account receivables and other financial reporting tools while advising management on all needed actions. He/She will be responsible for the administration of the group's human resources
Qualifications:
i. A good University degree or HND in Accounting/ Finance or its equivalent
ii. 7years minimum Accounting/ Finance experience, strong analytical skills, computing skills should include; basic word processing, spread sheet (Excel) formatting with the ability to set up a new accounting system
(2) FOCAL POINT DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY LTD VACANCIES
(a) GENERAL MANAGER
Based in Abuja, the GM will report to the GMD as the administrative head of the laundry division. The GM will be responsible for the execution of the short and long term plans of the laundry, responsible for profitability and ultimately responsible for brand positioning while driving the expansion process into key markets
Qualifications:
i. A good university degree with a minimum of 10 years experience. An MBA will be added advantage.
ii. Must be self driven, an ideas person, Pays attention to detail, ability to motivate team to deliver under high pressure and difficult circumstances. Experience in Marketing and Managing Start ups will be an added advantage.
(b) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD
Based in Abuja, the Head will manage and drive the marketing process of the laundry to ensure that set targets are met and surpassed. Conceptualize and propose product packages for consideration and implementation. Monitor competitors' activities with a view to ensuring that Focal Point Laundry maintains top of the range edge in the industry. Will be ultimately responsible for the entire marketing strategy and targets
Qualifications:
i. Candidate must possess a good University degree. An MBA and a minimum of 8 years experience in Business Development function will be an added advantage
ii. Must possess high level interpersonal skills. Ability to relate with high net worth individuals with a view to securing business relationships
iii. High analytical skills and must possess high energy and anxiety to make a definite mark on the industry landscape
