Kano Pillars yesterday beat Sunshine Stars 1-0 in the other seasondefining match to ensure Dolphin finished top of the table on 73 points, two points ahead of Sunshine. It is the third league championship for Dolphin having won it first as Eagle Cement (1997) and then in 2004.
