2011/2012 ACADEMIC CALENDAR

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Eric A. Arubayi on behalf of Senate of the University has approved the 2011/2012 Academic Calendar as follows:
FIRST SEMESTER
•   Sunday 4th December, 2011: Fresh students arrive campus
•   Monday 5th December, 2011: Registration of fresh students begins
•   Monday 2nd January, 2012 : Stale students arrive campus
•   Tuesday 3rd January, 2012: Registration of both fresh and stale students / Commencement of lectures for students.
•   Wednesday 4th – Tuesday 10th January 2012: Orientation for fresh students Friday 24th February, 2012 : Registration for stale and fresh students ends
•   Friday 2nd March, 2012: Late Registration of fresh students and stale students end (penalty fee for late registration must be paid) Saturday,
•   17th March, 2012: Matriculation of fresh students Friday,
•   13th April, 2012 : First semester lectures ends
