Job Description:
• Management of the Completions interfaces with the client Operator, subcontractors, Construction Team and Project Management (http://www.theinfostride.com) Team;
• Review engineering documents;
• Review and progress the Completions database for the TMS equipment and systems;
• Review the Factory Acceptance Test procedures;
• Attend the Factory Acceptance Test on major equipment;
• Develop and / or update the following Procedures or Registers
• Coordination of Completions activities on Site;
• Contribute to the project progress report concerning all Completions activities in liaison with the Project Secretary (http://www.theinfostride.com).
• Manage the Certification requirements for the project
• Ensure that the project has the correct level of certification in line with the Completions Management System (CMS) the relevant standards and requirements to ensure Technical Integrity is maintained.
• Ensure high quality of certification on projects to ensure conformance to integrity management system.
• Initial population of the Completions Management System
• Day to day management of the CMS system to ensure all updates are carried out and documented
• Population of the Completions Management System (CMS) in line with applicable project procedures and latest design information.
• Completion of data downloads and verification of data on completion of imports.
• Production of certification requirements and liaisons with construction and commissioning personnel to ensure correct completion of these.
• Day to day operation and control of the mechanical completion database and system completion records.
• Compilation and Verification of mechanical completion handover packages in line with agreed system of handover schedule.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree/diploma with a minimum of 15 –20 years of Construction experience in the oil and gas sector with at least 5 years in the role of a Completions Manager.
