Job Title: Marketing Manager/ Cordinator
Location: Abuja
Qualification and experience:
• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or any Business or Social Science discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Membership of appropriate professional body will be added advantage.
Skills and Competence:
• Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements.
• Good selling, marketing and customer relationship management and service delivery skills.
• Proficient in sales report analysis, interpretations and presentation.
• Highly innovative, proactive and able to handle and meet clients service needs.
• Proven ability to create, develop and implement strategic programs and tactics.
• Superior oral, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
• Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times.
• Innovative, stress tolerance, decision making skills.
• Proven knowledge in market and customer research.
Additional Requirement:
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships is very essential.
• Positive attitude with good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft office applications and use of the Internet.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with nose for details.
• Valid driving license is essential to effectively carry out this job.
• Good geographical knowledge of FCT, state capitals and commercial cities in Nigeria.
• Willingness to travel anytime at short notice.
• A self starter, fast thinker, innovative, high performance person with integrity with proven superior sales, leadership, negotiating, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
