Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Objective:
• You will support all procurement activities for DATAFLEX. Ensure effective relationships with Distributors and Partners.
• You will also be responsible for creating a smooth process that would aid timely sales delivery and support at the customer site.
Qualification/Experience:
• Minimum of 3 - 5years experience in the IT or any related industry
• First Degree in a Business related discipline
Skills Required:
• Strong Interpersonal Skills Numeracy and Analytical Skills
• Good written and Oral Communication
• Strong Reporting Skills and make recommendations Ability to work in a team of Professionals
• Knowledge of basic business and purchasing practices.
• Knowledge of state contracting laws, regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures in an assigned field. Knowledge of grades, qualities, supply and price trends of products and services Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, departmental officials and the public
