Job Title: Human Recourses Officers
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing recruitment goals and strategies with key accounts, executing the recruitment process.
• You will plan and manage the on boarding process for new joiners along with managing any ongoing employee relations issues.
Requirement:
• Bacelor's degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment is mandatory.
• Broad knowledge of HR practices and local laws is beneficial.
• You will need to be strong team player and enjoy working in an interactive team.
• Age: between 35-45 years
