Job Title: Production Manager (Packaging Factory)
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume target by due dates meeting specific quality standards as required by sales and marketing plans.
• To ensure maintenance programmes are carried out promptly with continues availability of equipment /machinery; ensure Health, Safety and environmental Management.
• To prepare reports (daily productions, forest and plant compliance) to account for monthly variance and confirmation of monthly production plan.
• To manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and auctioned.
Requirement:
• Mechanical/Electrical or Production engineering graduate
• Minimum of 7 years cumulative experience in a medium sized packaging factory especially in corrugators and or Printing environment or similar job function.
• With membership of COREN
