Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• To recruit and place all categories of staff and coordinate the development, administration and maintenance of reliable HR records.
• To oversee and administer staff welfare packages as well as occupational safety and health matters.
• To ensure effective communication, discipline and peaceful industrial relations and to challenge, develop and reward human capital for strategic advantage.
• To manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and auctioned.
Requirement:
• Social Science graduate with a B.Sc degree certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years cumulative experience in a manufacturing environment.
• With membership of CIPM.
