Job Title: Marketing and Sales Officers
Key Responsibilities:
• All orders processing, delivery issues resolution, customer relations, quality problem resolution, revenue /sales collections must be processed in a manner that fulfils organizational objectives.
• Anticipate and respond efficiently to product order inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Priorities orders and inquires with minimum prompting from superior.
• Provide efficient order management from placement of order to delivery of goods. Any delay must be communicated to all concerned including the customer.
• Ensure proper documentation from beginning of ordering to revenue/sales/cheque collection.
• Manage any quality return, refusal and vacancies in quality by customers efficiently and ensure optimal communication to all concerned. Attend until problems are solved and the company is protected.
• Monitoring and keeping the company ahead of competition.
• Must be a team player, even while focusing on achieving personal job objectives.
Requirement:
• Social Science graduate with a B.Sc degree certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years cumulative experience in a manufacturing environment.
