Job Description: Act as Senior Public Affairs Officers for the council

Qualification:
•   Applicants should possess a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication (at least Second Class Lower Division) from a recognised university. Possession of a higher degree and membership of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) will be an added advantage.
•   Applicants who have not majored in Mass Communication but who possess graduate diplomas in Mass Communication are eligible.

Required Skills: Post qualification experience in the Public Affairs Department of a reputable organisation or in the editorial or reportorial department of a reputable media outfit.
