QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
i. Principal Librarian (CONUASS 5): (N1,653,415.00 – N2,348,299.00)
Candidates should possess a Masters degree in Library Science (MLS) from a recognised University, with nine(9) years cognate experience plus eight (8) publications, five(5) of which must be journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.
ii. Senior Librarian (CONUASS 4): (N1,122,751.00 – N1,444,535.00)
Candidates should possess the same qualifications as for (i) above but with six (6) years cognate experience, plus four (4) journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.
iii. Library Officer (CONTISS 6): N362,757.00 – N551,043.00
Candidates should possess National Diploma (ND) in Library & Information Science from a recognized institution.
