QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
i. Chief Architect (CONTISS 13): N1,445,599.00 – N1,908,855.00
a. Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Architecture from a recognized University with twelve (12) years working experience plus membership of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); or
b. A Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized University with nine (9) years working experience, out of which three (3) years must be from atertiary institution plus membership of ARCON.Cognate administrative experience is an added advantage.
ii. Principal Engineer (CONTISS 11): N973,305.00 – N1,375,535.00
Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized University, with nine (9) years post-qualification experience plus registration with a recognized Professional body.
iii. Principal Quantity Surveyor (CONTISS 11): Same as (ii) above
a. Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University plus nine (9) years cognate experience and must be registered with Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS); or
b. HND in Quantity
c. Surveying plus 12 years cognate experience and membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
