The immediate past Councilor who represented Etim Ekpo Ward 4 in Etim Ekpo Legislative Council, Mr. Nkopuyo Ukpe has described the purported zoning of the councillorship position of the ward to Nkwot Ikot Ebo as an attempt by some selfish individuals to bring disunity to the ward.
