Our client is a well-capitalized, emerging conglomerate with diversified business interests in and around Plateau State. As part of the overall strategy to achieve its business potentials, the following Jos-based positions are to be filled within the already-existing High Performance Work System.
1. Accounts Officers
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / HND Accounting at minimum of second class (Upper) division or equivalent
-At least 2 years post- NYSC working experience and high numerical and analytical abilities – Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with minimal supervision
- Good working knowledge ofMS Excel and Peachtree software
- Less than 30 years of age as at July 1st 2010.
2. Sales / Marketing Executives
Requirements:
-B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences,
at minimum of second class (Upper) division or equivalent
- At least 2 years post-NYSC selling experience and less than 30 years of age as at July 1st 2010,
- Strong, confident personality and ability to work in a target-driven, no-excuses environment
- Excellent communication, relationship management and persuasive skills
3. Company Accountant
Requirements:
- B,Sc. in Accounting and must be fully Chartered either with lCAN, ACCA or ANAN
- At least 6 years post-qualification experience in a conglomerate environment
- Demonstrable ability to develop overall financial strategy, fmancial management procedures,
strong internal controls measures and expenditure forecasts
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel and Peachtree)
4. General Manager
Requirements:
– A good Bachelors degree and a Management Masters degree (preferably MBA, MMP or MPP
-At least 10 years post-graduation work experience, not less than 4 of which should be at
Management level.
- Strong business and social network within Plateau State, strong verbal and written communication - skills and good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Proven ability to write technical proposals and reports
- Excellent and demonstrable decision-making and strategic planning abilities
5. Business Development Manager (Services)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the business development and marketing of services (previous Laundry/Dry Cleaning andior Business Centre/Cybercafe working experience will be advantageous)
- Good working knowledge of Jos and environs and excellent relationship management skills
- Demonstrable ability to develop strategies and action plans for business growth
6. Business Development Manager (Hospitality
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in any discipline. Masters degree will be an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the marketing of Apartments and Suites, at least 2 of which should be at Management level. -
- Good working knowledge of Jos and environs and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrable ability to develop strategies and action plans for business growth
7. Business Development Manager (Home Wares)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in Building or Civil Engineering
- At least 6 years working experience in the building industry within Plateau State and environs
- Very good presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to develop strategies and action plans for business growth
- Proven ability to generate fresh leads and referrals from past customers/clients
8. Business Development Manager (Drilling)
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or HND in Geology, Water Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in a reputable Borehole drilling company
Good working knowledge of Northerri Nigeria and strong relationship management skills
Demonstrable ability to develop strategies and action plans for business growth
- Proven ability to write technical proposals and reports
The total remuneration package is "mouth –watering" but also strongly linked to performance.
