(a) General Counsel (CONTISS 13)
(i) Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Law (LLB, BL) from a recognised University with at least twelve (12) years post NYSC working experience; or
(ii) L.LM (from a recognised University) plus ten (10) years post NYSC working experience.
(b) Senior Legal Officer (CONTISS 9)
(i) Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Law (LLB, BL) from a recognised
University with a minimum of (3) years post NYSC working experience; or
(ii) LLM (from a recognised University with a minimum of (3) years post NYSC plus call to the Bar and NYSC working experience.
(c) Legal Officer I (CONTISS 8)
Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Law (LLB, BL) from a recognised University plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
