Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
Requirement:
• Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating Human resources services, policies, procedures and programs for the company.
• Responsible for analysis and organizational planning for the company.
• Carry out strategic HR planning and manage conflict in the company.
• B.Sc in Humanities or other equivalent qualification in relevant field.
• Membership of IPM and other relevant professional organization, the possession of a master degree is an added advantage.
• Candidate could be male or female between the ages of 30-40 years, must have 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player and possesses problem solving skills.
• Must possess Good oral communication skills.
• Must be smart disciplined and result oriented.
• Must be able to delegate, monitor and coach.
