Requirement:
• B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Industrial relations & Personnel Management, Labour Relation, Business Administration, social Science or related discipline.
• Membership of Chartered institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-6 years working experience in a related manufacturing industry.
• Age: between 35-45 years.
• Possession of minimum of intermediate level IT skills is mandatory.
