(II) Qualifications
(a) Director, Physical Planning & Works (CONTISS 15)
• Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognised University with at least fifteen (15) years working experience plus membership of relevant professional bodies; or
• A Masters degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognised University with twelve (12) years working experience, plus membership of membership of relevant professional bodies. Cognate administrative experience is an added advantage.
(b) Chief Architect (CONTISS 13)
• Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Architecture from a recognised University with twelve (12) years working experience plus membership of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); or
• A Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised University with nine (9) years working experience, out of which three (3) years must be from a tertiary institution plus membership of ARCON.
• Cognate administrative experience is an added advantage.
(c) Principal Engineer (CONTISS 11)
Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognised University, with nine (9) years post‐qualification experience plus membership of a recognised professional body.
(d) Principal Quantity Surveyor (CONTISS 11)
• Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised University plus nine (9) years cognate experience and must be registered with Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS);
• or HND in Quantity Surveying plus 12 years cognate experience and membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS.)
